Our reformer classes are designed for everyone, beginners to advanced. With layered progressions in every exercise, you can stay at the base level or dial up the challenge. Expect a dynamic 45-minute, full-body session that builds strength, mobility and better posture through controlled, flowing movement. Our expert instructors guide you every step of the way.

Our Reformer classes support you through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Instructors offer safe modifications, lower resistance options and alternative exercises to keep you moving confidently.
Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have GP clearance before attending.
