Our reformer classes are designed for everyone, beginners to advanced. With layered progressions in every exercise, you can stay at the base level or dial up the challenge depending on how you're feeling. Expect a dynamic 50-minute, full-body session that builds strength, mobility and better posture through controlled movement. Our wonderful instructors will guide you every step of the way to ensure your form is correct and you remain safe, supported and challenged in classes.

Our Reformer classes are pregnancy friendly and we will support you through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Our instructors will offer safe modifications, lower resistance options and alternative exercises to keep you moving confidently during pregnancy and postpartum.
Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have GP clearance before attending classes.
