Terms and Conditions:
Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before signing up. By enrolling as a client of
Rebound Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions set out on the Rebound Studio website.
Studio Policies
- A maximum of 8 clients can attend a group class.
- Group classes run for a total of 45 minutes.
- As a courtesy to others, mobile phones are not to be used during class. Please keep your phone switched off or on silent in your bag.
- Please let your instructor know prior to the class commencing if you have any injuries, concerns, or are pregnant.
- Out of consideration for the instructor, other clients and your safety, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your class, the instructor reserves the right to refuse you participating or your spot may be given to another client.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to attend group classes.
- Children are not permitted at the studio during classes unless attending a Mums and Bubs Reformer
Class.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations or rescheduling group classes must be done through GymMaster at least 4 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your session. We do not accept cancellations made by email,
phone, text or social media. - There is a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for private sessions. If you fail to cancel within this time, you will lose your session and the full amount will be deducted from your account or pack.
- Rebound Studio may cancel a class at any time and for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance. Group classes require a minimum of 2 clients to run. If this is the case up to 2 hours before the class
starts, unfortunately the class will be cancelled. Rebound Studio will contact you via phone or email. You will not be charged and your session will be refunded.
No-Show Policy
- If you reserve a space in a class and do not show up without cancelling through GymMaster, you will lose your session and a $15 no show fee will be deducted from your account.
Purchases
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals. No refunds will be
provided. - No extensions are permitted to the specified expiry period.
Our introductory offers are valid for one time only to new clients. - All memberships will be deducted as per the auto payment schedule outlined on your contract agreement.
- Payment must be made prior to booking. You must either have pre-purchased sessions on your account or pay at the time of booking via GymMaster.
Suspensions
- At least 7 days written notice is required for membership suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period. Please email requests to reboundstudiocoolangatta@gmail.com
- All Memberships come with a collective total of 4 weeks FREE Suspension per calendar year. Additional
suspensions will come at the cost of $20.00 per week and are billed/counted in weeks. Suspensions must
be for a minimum of 7 days.
Termination
- Rebound Studio requires at least 2 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Please email request to reboundstudiocoolangatta@gmail.com
- In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
- Rebound Studio may terminate a membership or pack without
notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.
Unused Class/es Policy
- All unused class pack passes will not be rolled over.
- Unused classes from a membership will expire at the end of the 7-day billing cycle.
Return and Refund Policy
- Rebound Studio do not offer refunds for changes of mind or location changes. We are committed to following Queensland Consumer Affairs regulations and refunds will only be provided in accordance
with these laws. - Refunds may be processed in the following situations:
Consumer Affairs compliance: Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable Queensland Consumer Affairs regulations. - Processing Fee: A $5 processing fee will be charged for refunds due to unforeseen
circumstances or reasons external to the business. - Refund Process: Refunds will be processed directly to the original bank account, minus the applicable processing fees.
Activation Dates & Sessions
- Activation dates may only be extended for medical reasons with supporting documentation.
- Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
Bookings
- Class bookings are essential and must be made through GymMaster.
- Bookings can be made 30 days in advance.
- If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
- Sessions cannot be used by anyone other than the person booked into the class. If someone other than the person booked in arrives to use the session, they will be turned away or asked to purchase
their own session. - Introductory offers will activate from the date when first used.
- Class packs will activate from the date of purchase.
- Rebound Studio may change or substitute any instructor at any time without providing notice to clients.
Waitlist
- If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified up to an hour before the class commences.
- When adding yourself to the waitlist you are committing to attend that class should a space become available.
- Please remove yourself from the
waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees.
