Your weekly postnatal reformer pilates class runs every Monday at 10:30am. These 60-
minute sessions are:
– Beginner-friendly and safe for postpartum bodies
– Focused on core, posture, pelvic floor + total-body strength
– Taught in a small group setting (max 8)
– Designed to build confidence, strength and form so you can transition into our regular
classes without second-guessing yourself
– Totally baby-friendly (yes, bring your bub and feed, settle, or snuggle as needed
